SARAJEVO - The former Muslim premier, Haris Silajdzic, threatened that his "Party for B-H" will probably boycott the September elections, for he believes that the elections will legalise the division of the former B-H. Silajdzic stated this after revealing data from the voter lists, which, as he says, "show that refugees and displaced persons, especially the Serbs, want to vote in their present place of living, and not in places where they lived before the war, and this will certainly lead to a division of Bosnia".

VARES - Representatives of the Croatian residents in the Municipality of Vares sent a letter to Kresimir Zubak president of the CroatMuslim Federation and to all relevant international organisations in Sarajevo, asking for the protection of fundamen tal human freedoms and the right of the Croatian citizens to live in the Municipality. Freedom of movement is drastically restrict ed for the Croatian residents in the villages of Tisovac, Brezik and Gojicevac, and they are forbidden to use some roads, with explanation that the Muslim army allegedly possesses strategic buildings in the close vicinity of the road.
