BANJALUKA - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska (RS) and
the acting president of the Republic Biljana Plavsic, met in
Banjaluka with members of an experts team and the State Commis
sion for POW Exchange and Missing Persons, presently working on
the identification of bodies exhumed from the mass grave in the
village of Kamen, near Glamoc. "I came to convince myself of your
very responsible and humane job, but also to hear of problems you
are faced with, so as to inform representatives of the interna
tional community with whom I talk about very important issues for
the Serbian people", stated Biljana Plavsic.
BANJALUKA - By addressing of the RSK president Milan Martic
and vicepresident of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Vitomir
Popovic to those assembled at the RS Army's Club in Banjaluka,
the first anniversary of the RSK occupation was marked. Martic
said that the RSK people must neither forget what happened to
them nor exclude any aspect of fight for their return to their
homes.
BEOGRAD - The Centre for Serbian Studies in Belgrade pub
lished a book titled "The Hague Vs. Justice", by Kosta Cavroski,
professor of the Belgrade University, dedicated to the trial to
late Serb general Djurdje Djukic. The book deals with Djukic's
illegitimate arrest and illegal indictment, as well as shameful
treatment of the ill Serb general.
