BERLIN - While commenting the CroatMuslim Federation vicepresident, Ejup Ganic's visit to Belgrade, the German paper, Leipziger Volkszeitung, asks "Who is President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia working for?" "It is obvious that Slobodan Milosevic works for Muslims or Albanians, for Ganic's visit to Belgrade shows that he does not represent the Serbs", says the commentary.

BELGRADE - The president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), Vojislav Seselj, stated that the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) and SRS are to win the most of the votes at the September elec tions in RS. "Neither there is, not there will be any crisis among the RS leadership and I expect that following the elections the two parties will form a firm coalition government", stated Seselj in an interview for the paper, Nedeljni Telegraf (Weekly Telegraph)".

BANJALUKA - The president of SRS for Republika Srpska (RS), Nikola Poplasen, called upon all refugees living in the FR Yugo slavia (SRJ) to enter the voter registration lists on time and personally vote on 14th September in RS. Reminding us that persons are able to, according to the rules of the Provisional Electoral Commission, vote personally or in absentia, Dr. Popla sen stated at a press conference in Banjaluka that refugees from the CroatMuslim Federation should register in any of the RS municipalities and vote there personally.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Party of Krajina (SSK), Predrag Lazarevic, stated in Banjaluka that Dr. Radovan Karadzic should not have resigned as president of the SDS, for "the Dayton agreement does not prescribe this". "Karadzic should not have resigned, while all the parties in RS had to support the SDS, for not even a single provision of the Dayton agreement prescribes that Dr. Karadzic can not hold the position as the Party's president", pointed out Lazarevic at a press conference.

BELGRADE - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), Vojislav Kostunica stated that pressures upon RS, whose aim is the US administration's influence over the result of the upcoming elections, are progressing. "This what frustrates the US administration is the fact that at the elections in RS the people will place its trust in the same persons and policy that has so far been on power", said Kostunica at a press conference in Belgrade.

BANJALUKA - A Muslim can not run for the president of Repub lika Srpska, because it is in opposition to the Dayton agreement, stated in Banjaluka the president of the Nikola Pasic Radical Homeland Front (ROF), Bozidar Bojanic. "Since the representatives of the Provisional Electoral Commission do not agree with our position, we warn that the Serbian people will not accept a Muslim to be the president of RS", said Bojanic, warning that if this happens, then the implementation of the Dayton agreement might be halted.

BELGRADE - The talks in the Yugoslav Economic Council between the businessman of Serbia and the CroatMuslim Federation are concluded. A delegation from Sarajevo left for the Federal government where will be received by its vicepresident Nikola Sainovic. The Belgrade daily, Dnevni Telegraf (Daily Telegraph) maintains that an agreement on the reopening of ZvornikTuzla railroad line was reached at the meeting of the delegations of Republic of Serbia and CroatMuslim Federation.
