SARAJEVO - The president of the Republika Srpska National Assembly Momcilo Krajsinik received in Pale the French general Bertrand de Lapresle, the high representative Carl Bildt's advi sor. As SRNA unofficially learns, they discus the implementation of the Dayton agreement.

SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of judiciary Dragan Podinic talked in Pale with deputy minister of justice of the Croat Muslim Federation, Zijad Hasic, on improvement of the legal secu rity of citizens in both entities. Following the meeting, Podanic emphasised that the general agreements were reached on the ex change of legal notices between RS and the CroatMuslim Federa- tion. The RS deputy minister of judiciary explained that they agreed that "RS and CroatMuslim Federation representatives enclose their writing positions on issues discussed today, at June 18 meeting".

SARAJEVO - The head of the RS Direction for Privatisation Aleksa Milojevic and RS financial, energetic and trade experts talked today in Pale with consultants of the European Commission for Development on possibilities of the constant investment in RS. "The European Commission's consultants came for preparations for June 23 Conference in Brussels, which will include the con stant foreign investment into RS into its agenda", stated the RS presidential advisor Slavisa Rakovic.

BANJALUKA - The vicegovernor of the RS National Bank Petra Markovic, talked in Banjaluka with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation on gathering and ways of monitoring the data in the National Bank, RS banks and the Monetary Traffic Service. Following the meeting, Petra Markovic said members of the IMF delegation, led by Raymond Brocks, "expressed their pleasure for the conditions and functioning of the RS financial system".

NOVI SAD - The RS president Radovan Karadzic and the VRS general Ratko Mladic received a letter of support by the RS Bureau in Novi Sad, which sent a letter in the name of the Serbs expelled from the former B-H and numerous wounded soldiers recov ering in Vojvodina.

PARIS - In the recently published book "The Serbs and Us", by editor from Lausanne, 31 French writer's texts were gathered supporting the president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Radovan Karad zic and are against decisions of the Hague Tribunal. "Oh, irre proachable judges of the Hague Tribunal, if you intend to try Radovan Karadzic, the hero of his people and the guardian of the imperilled West, let you know - you will be put on trial once. The Tribunal of free people from all over the world will sentence you the thousand years wandering in the labyrinth of lies and ignorance, and then you'll be thrown at the trash pile of the history", it is said in the text by Chair Seshan.

ATHENS - The high representative of the international commu nity Carl Bildt lodged an official protest with the Greek govern ment accusing it of breaching the Dayton agreement because the Greek company "Telecommunication" made an agreement with Republi ka Srpska (RS) without notifying him. As Greek media report, the reason for Bildt's accusation and serious threats sent to the Greek government is for this company directly negotiated with RS representatives and reached an agreement with them, but not because Sarajevo was evaded in the agreement.

DOBOJ - Today's meeting of the Joint Military Commission of the VRS and the Muslim Army, held in the IFOR's Swede Battalion base on the Mt. Ozren, concerned the implementation of the mili tary part of the Dayton agrement. Lieuntanant Veljko Brajic stated that many disputable issues were not resolved at this meeting, for representatives of several Muslim divisions did not attend the meeting.

BIJELJINA - The Serb and Muslim Regional Groups, held their second meeting in Bijeljina, and discussed freedom of movement for civilians in Semberija, Majevica and Podrinje. Details from the meeting were not made public.

BEOGRAD - The Serbs who remained after the transfer of authority in Serb Sarajevo - and who did so hoping to continue their life on their land or to in some way exchange or sell their property - now are massively leaving this city, testifies the Muslim weekly paper "Slobodna Bosna". The Muslim paper believes that the leaving of the last remaining Serbs from the city hides an "organised and the statedirected action" to move at least 10,000 Muslims from Srebrenica and 15,000 from thee Podrinje into Serb apartments, according to some plans.

MOSCOW - A regulation on intensified security measures took effect in Moscow in order to prevent the possible incidents or diversions during the presidential elections.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Vojislav Seselj, warned that IFOR and IPTF are implementing their selfwill and savagery in RS. "The attempt of arrest of the SRS Central Patriotic Direction member and the Chetinik Duke Slavko Aleksic because of whim is a good prove to that", stated Seselj at a press conference.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Executive Board of the Serbi an Liberal Party, Zoran Cvijic, expressed his worry for the fate of the RS president Radovan Karadzic and the VRS commander gener al Ratko Mladic, saying, that "the circle around the Serb leaders is tightening, which is proved by the recent attempt by IFOR to arrest a Serb officer in Lukavica".

BEOGRAD - The vicepresident of the Serbian National Party Aleksandar Tanackovic, called the newlyappointed Serbian minis- ter of information Aleksandar Tijanic to lift the censorship on media in Serbia. In an open letter, Tanackovic reminds Tijanic at constitutional provisions obliging him as the minister of infor mation, as well as the journalists' code of conduct. /end/
