WASHINGTON - The Washington Post demanded Clinton's administration to "pledge for delay of elections in Bosnia until adequate conditions for their holding are secured". "It is a shame for the Dayton agreement, but also a way to evade the electoral mockery", writes the U.S. daily.

DOBOJ - The Regional Commission of Republika Srpska and the MuslimCroat Federation agreed details about future crossings of border, at today meeting at the IFOR NordicPolish Brigade Doboj base. They agreed that the Muslim side comply with Annex 7 of the Dayton agreement.

BRCKO - The IFOR commander in Brcko, Ltcolonel Kukolo stated today that "U.S. soldiers are not helping Muslim resettling inside 'pink zone', i.e. at the border between Republika Srpska and B-H Federation". "I guarantee that soldiers and equip ment of IFOR were not used for transport of constructive material or for reconstruction of the check point in the Brcko zone of separation", stated Kukolo for SRNA.

BRCKO - Up to now, institutions and residents in Brcko have submitted 53 demands for compensations to IFOR, out of which 29 were forwarded to authorised services, and the rest waits for completion with necessary documents.

BANJALUKA - The Geneva mayor Alain Vassade, announced a possibility of including Banjaluka "into a network of 80 big European cities". "Our aim is to cooperate on the economic, cultural and sports fields. At this moment, Banjaluka is in need for humanitarian aid and all other sorts of aid", stated Vassade after his meeting with Banjaluka's mayor Predrag Radic.

BEOGRAD - War reporters with the Association of Journalist of Serbia, sharply protests "shameful media demonisation" of the president of Republika Srpska Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic. "We are proud for we belong to a people who gave such wise and ethical, brave and selfsacrificing, firm, incorruptible defenders of Serb liberties and interests, as president Radovan Karadzic and military commander Ratko Mladic are", says a commu nique of war reporters.

SARAJEVO - The president of the Helsinki Board for Human Rights in the MuslimCroat Federation, Srdjan Dizdarevic, stated for "Free Europe" that the remaining Serb Sarajevans "are sub jected to an extreme pressure to move out", claiming that: "Even the six monthdeadline for return is not being respected for the Serbs who, following the signing of the Dayton agreement, left the Sarajevo municipalities of Ilidza, Vogosca, Ilijas, Hadzici and Grbavica".

CLEVELAND - The Serbs are called aggressors on the land on which they have been existing for 600 years only because the Muslims and Croats paid off logistical companies and news agen cies, because they gave money to politicians and did the same crimes which they ascribed to the Serbs, says the U.S. retired major Richard Salman, in a letter sent to U.S. troops deployed in the former B-H.

ROME - The Serbian Orthodox Church sharply accused the International War Crimes Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the Hague that it displays partiality and onesidedness in its indictments, because it prosecutes only the Serbs, announced ANSA.

LJUBLJANA - A shipment of 49,000 guns which arrived in the U.S. "Orel" base near Tuzla waits an official lifting of the arms embargo agaisnt the Bosnian Muslims, tobe sent to the Muslim army, claims an unnamed Bosnian Muslim representative to the UN, whose statement was published by Slovenian paper "Delo".

SARAJEVO - At the Muslim Assembly session, the deputy Ivan Zilic raised, in the name of the Club of Deputies of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), a question of legitimacy of the president of the Presidency Alija Izetbegovic. While accusing him of usurp ing the Assembly authorisations, Zilic asked if "Izetbegovic legally can stay in his function", which at the same time imposes a question of legitimacy of the Presidency itself."

SARAJEVO - Deputy defence minister of the CroatMuslim Federation Hasan Cengic expressed hid discontent by the newest Washington agreement, according to which a joint federal army is due to be formed within three years. As Muslim RadioSarajevo reports, Cengic stated that "the process of creation of the joint army can be ended for less than a year, but until that time the federation might cease to exist".

ZEPCE - The commander of the "Jastrebovi" Third Guard Bri gade of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO), Ilija Nakic, threat ened with the arrest of Muslim soldiers and policemen passing by the TuzlaZenica road, over Zepce. This threat is consequent to Saturday's arrest of six "Jastrebovi" members and two Croat policemen in Alaupovka, near Fojnica.
