article 27 back to the Legal Commission for review as, in their opinion,
the provisions in article 27 might lead to human rights abuses. The initial
version allows the prosecutor or the court to decide a 30-day period of
bank account monitoring, listening in to phone calls and access to
information systems in order to provide evidence or detect criminals. If
the court believes it is necessary, the 30-day period may be extended.
