[01] Albanian Foreign Minister critisizes unilateral attitude towards KosovoTIRANE, Nov 6 (ATA) - Albanian Foreign Minister Paskal Milo critisized on Friday in Prague, where the Summit of the Central European Initiative Contries is being held, the recent unilateral attitude on several avenging acts ocurred in Kosovo."War in Kosovo is over, but we still can not talk of complete peace and stability in this country", said Milo. Milo referring to his official visit in Kosovo mentioned the important role of the international community for restoring normal life in Kosovo. He also stressed the readiness of Kosovo citizens to estabish local government and social life in cooperation with authorities. He went on to emphasize the exising problems in Kosovo, mentioning the 200 000 homeless who run the risk of becoming refugees again winter coming. The Albanian minister pointed out the efforts of international community and those of the Albanian political forces who face the obstacle preventing the creation of a multiethnic, multireligious and multicultural Kosovo, due to Miloshevic. The central European Initiative Countries Summit started proceedings on Friday. The meeting of the Foreign ministers of this Initiative was held on the first day. The events occurred in the region and perspectives of the future viewed from the Stability Pact objectives were in the focus of the meeting. Poci sued the chief editor of "Albania" newspaper for the article "Police kills assassins of Azem Hajdari" as well, sources from the Ministry of Order told ATA on Saturday. On Thursday evening unidentified individuals murdered the former police chief of Tropoja, Fatmir Haklaj, in Bujan village of this district, in the fourth attempt on his life. "The primer of Albanian business development is the primer of Albania's development", said the head of the state. "Two key changes were and are necessary; the first, a forced shift from the sellers' market to that of buyers' through price liberalization, second the strengthening of budgetary measures through privatization and reducing government financial support up to avoiding various mechanisms, often artificial", stated Meidani. In his conversation with the businessmen, the president voiced that the privatization process should be excelerated, and Albanian private enterprises should be favoured on legal grounds. The Albanian businessmen spoke about the problems they encountered in their activity. Security, crediting , corruption and contraband were their most concerning problems. The fund offered by the part of German Government will be used next year, because, according to the specialists of the institute, "it is not possible to work during winter time in the area where the church is located due to technical difficulties". The Church of Kepi i Rodonit is discovered two years ago by the head of Catholic Church Pater Zef Pellumbi. The archeological search performed by the specialists showed that the church is an ancient one, and perhaps it belongs to paleo-christian period. It is reconstructed and improved in Byzantium period, but it is rehabilitated again in Scanderbeg period. The two stages of the application of the program of emergency assistance and cooperation were completed with success, while the third in planned to last 30 months. The laying of the road in 3 km is implemented till now in the road Kapshtice-Korce by the part of constructing Macedonian company Granit. The World Bank opened a fund of some 17 million dollars for this road segment, 36 km long and 11.5 km wide. The project foresees the continuation of the operations in the segment Korce-Pogradec-Qafe-Thane after the completion of Kapshtice-Korce-Bilisht one, for which the World Bank has foreseen to allocate a new fund. The document stressed the need of accelerated procedures for the establishment of the Agency for the Reconstruction of Kosova. The heads of the governments expressed their opinion on the situation in former Yugoslavia and stated that only if that country will have a total democratization and recognition of all international conditions for it, the process of its integration in the international community will be assisted. He confirmed the willingness of the Albanian Government to continue the cooperation with the partners of the region, to secure peace, stability and economic development there. Speaking of the present situation in Kosova, Albanian Minister stressed the need for a faster and concrete action by the international community with the aim of overcoming the difficulties emerging there.
