"We are willing to participate in that and we ask for strong economic support in order to solve the issue of our refugees and open the way for their return from other countries" - stressed Mrs. Plavsic at the joint press conference. She assessed that coming of German minister of Foreign Affairs to RS means "the establishing friendly relations with this big European country".BANJA LUKA - The premier of RS Milorad Dodik informed in Banja Luka the German minister of Foreign affairs that "the team of experts is preparing a series of legislative and legal frameworks for security of investment of foreign capital in RS, by which the Government makes great steps towards integration with Europe". "RS Government is ready to give guarantees for any investing foreign arrangement, because for RS is essential that the assistance of international community and, concretely, from Germany was not only declarative but real and visible" - explained Dodik. BANJA LUKA - The minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Klaus Kinkel proposed in Banja Luka that the Arbitrage Tribunal Award about the inter- entity boundary line (IEBL) in the region of Brcko would be made postponed for indefinite time, not willing to explain such attitude of German diplomacy. In Banski Dvor, at the joint press conference with president of RS Biljana Plavsic and president of Government Milorad Dodik, Kinkel spoke about return of refugees, stressing that in that process he expects the support of Mrs. Plavsic and Mr. Dodik. Kinkel claims that 70% of refugees accommodated in Germany originates from RS, out of which 15% are Serbs, promising the assistance of Germany in creating conditions for their return. BIJELJINA - The president of National Assembly of RS /NARS/ Dragan Kalinic announced the next session of the parliament for the beginning of March, and the place and date of its holding will be agreed at the regular consultative meetings of parliamentary parties. According to Kalinic, at the next session will be considered the Draft of budget of RS, bases of new economical policy of RS Government, and will be discussed also several essential laws, of which some at the past assembly session were put out of force. BIJELJINA - The commission for constitutional issues of National Assembly of RS did not formulated, in Bijeljina,the final text of the draft of amendments on the Republican Constitution because at the session was present only 9, out of 17 called members of this body. In the announcement forwarded to SRNA from the Cabinet of the president of NARS Dragan Kalinic, who presided the session, is said that "the meeting did not attend the members of the Coalition for Whole and Democratic B&H, who first initiated the changes in Constitution". BANJA LUKA - The minister of Religions in the Government of RS Jovo Turanjanion stressed in Banja Luka that the Catholic and Islam heads all the time during the war, especially in RS, were in their temples and with their believers, for what the believers in Federation B&H were not enabled. "I think that in the future we must make certain steps in the relations between religious communities, but certainly at the reciprocity basis" - stressed Turanjanin after the meeting with the minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Klaus Kinkel, Banja Luka's bishop Franjo Komarica and mufti Ibrahim Halilovic. SARAJEVO - The spokesman of the Office of High Representative of the international community Simon Haselock announced at the press conference in Sarajevo that the European Commission will provide 200,000 ECUs for reconstruction of Serbian radio-TV /SRT/. "The money will be used for purchasing the equipment and training of staff" - precisely stated HAselock. According to him, "the agreement about the assistance for SRT and transformation into open, independent public institution, in accordance with the democratic standards of the West", was reached on Friday with the Government of RS. BRUSSELS - The Council of NATO postponed for Wednesday, February 18, the decision on forming new peace forces for RS and FB&H, which will replace at the end of June the 35,000 of SFOR soldiers - reports AFP, according to the European diplomatic resources.
