He explained that the international community wishes the parliament in which no any party has majority, by which practically the path would be paved for protectorate, adding that the forthcoming elections are imposed and that its objective is to breakdown current and establishing flexible authorities which will help in destroying the state". At the promotional rally of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ in Bratunac Krajisnik called upon the Serbian people on unity and warned that the negative outcome of struggle for RS and its unity could lead to the situation to "look over Drina river into another state".BANJA LUKA - The president of RS and Serbian People's Union /SNS/ Biljana Plavsic in Banja Luka in the series of accusations charged the leadership in Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ and Serbian Radical Party /SRS/. She accused them that "they have betrayed the interests of Serbian people, which", as she said, "by the price of bloodshed they wish to confront with SFOR and international community". Ms. Plavsic also heavily accused the leader of Serbian radicals Vojislav Seselj who is monarchist, when he has a chance to take great amount of money, and after that slurred the dynasty Karadjordjevic". PRIJEDOR - The president in Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik called all voters to come out on parliamentary elections, because, as he said, they are "to be or not to be" for RS. At the pre- electoral rally of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS? in Prijedor Krajisnik appealed on voters not to dissipate their votes and to give their confidence to SDS, which, he stressed, proved itself in the struggle for unitary RS and national interests of Serbian people. BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Government Gojko Klickovic stressed in Banja Luka that "in enlivening the industrial production or interventions for foreign debts services and settling the obligations in 510 industrial entities the RS Government was invested more than 110 millions of US $". Adding that these resources were allocated and made exclusively in RS, he assessed that in the past period were achieved visible results in revitalisation of industrial capacities and return of workers in the production plants in Western parts of RS. He expects that radicals in RS "will be successful the same as in Serbia", but that "the possibility of voting of great number of Moslems and Croats in absentia (abroad) could influence the ultimate outcome of elections". MRKONJIC GRAD - The socialistic Party /SP/ of RS wishes the unitary and indivisible RS - was heard at the last nights public tribune of this party in Mrkonjic Grad. SRBAC - The secretary general of SP RS Zeljko Mirjanic called last night in Srbac all progressive forces and political parties to make their best efforts for keeping unity, as RS wouldn't fall under protectorate of the Western powers". BELGRADE - The associations of Serbs from former B&H in Belgrade is organising the transport to RS during the parliamentary elections on November 22 and 23. In these days, in the morning at 8,00 h, in front of Centre "Sava" are starting the busses for Srebrenica and Brcko. Return is on the same day. TREBINJE - After signing the contract between "Telekomunications" of RS and Swedish firm "Ericson" in Trebinje would soon be delivered new digital switch-board, which will enable connecting the great number of new subscribers. SRBAC - The assistant of the director of U.S. agency USAID Erna Curst conditioned the support of international community for Srbac by realising the proclaimed commitment to became the opened city. At the pre-electoral tribune of SDS in Lukavica he stressed that these elections are "imposed in order to, under the cover of solving crisis and establishing democracy, lead people to vote and in that way remain both without democracy and RS". SARAJEVO - The head of General Staff of RS /VRS/ general major Pero Colic is worried because of arming Army of Federation of B&H and warns that the federal forces in the vicinity of Brcko and Modrica are secretly preparing for eventual actions. The general Colic acquainted with this the SFOR commander general Eric Shinseki on the meeting which, on Shinseki's request, was held in SFOR HQ in Ilidza. They also talked about RS Army /VRS/. BUDAPEST - The Croatian premier Zlatko Maslesa rejected the accusations that the special connections between Croatia and FB&H are not consistent with Dayton Agreement.
