NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BRCKO - The Republika Srpska (RS) President Biljana Plavsic talked last night in Brcko with the international Supervisor Robert Farrand and she expressed deep concern for accomodation conditions of Serb's refugees and displaced persons. " I informed President Plavsic what happened on the constitutive session of the Municipal Parliament and about implementiation of my order to establish a multiethnic administration " - said the Supervisor for SRNA after a meeting which also atteended the Mayor of Brcko Miodrag Pajic.

BRCKO - The RS President Biljana Plavsic accused last night again the leadership in Pale for "crime and corruption" and added that " the dismissed parliament solely served to the interests of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS)". On an election tribune of the Serbian National Union (SNS) she called the citizens to vote for a parliament in which no party could dominate.

SARAJEVO - The SDS candidate for the coming parliamentary elections from Pale Slavko Kujundjic called citizens, on last night's pre-election tribune, to "vote for the party which led them through the war, fighted for peace and created RS".

ZVORNIK - The SDS Main Board member Jovo Ivanovic called citizens, at last night pre-election tribune, to vote for SDS, tyhe only party which is able to guarantee the survival of RS.

ZVORNIK - The Socialistic Party of Republika Srpska /SPRS/ will render the maximal efforts to solve the issue of around 250,000 unemployed and 35,000 of young people who submitted the applications to go abroad - promised the president of the Municipal Board /OO/ of SPRS Zvornik Budimir Acimovic.

SARAJEVO - The minister of the Internal Affairs of RS Slavko Paleksic stressed in the programming "The Government's voice" of Serbian Orthodox radio "St. John" in Pale that in "the fighting against crime Ministry of Internal Affairs reached the firstclass results". While commenting the engagement of the police in the regular affairs, the minister accentuated that police, despite the numerous problems, is working extraordinarily good.

SARAJEVO - The minister for the matters of veterans, victims of war and work in RS Government Vojislav Gligic warned that it dare not happen that the veterans, who five years were in the war and trenches, from the enterprise were sent to wait. "The veterans are the brightest part of the Serbian people and there must not happened, no matter how difficult the situation in economy is, that they will be those who will, in case of lack of job in enterprises be waiting for job" - stressed Gligic in the programming of the Serbian Orthodox radio "St. John".

KRAGUJEVAC - Mr. Dodik, please free our people from youself - is written in the response of the president of Association of Serbs from B&H in Kragujevac (Serbia) Ilija Udovicic on the accusations of the president of the Party of independent Socialists /SNDS/ Milorad Dodik on account of national parties in RS.

KOZARSKA DUBICA - At the first constitutional session of the Municipal Assembly of Kozarska Dubica was not elected its president for the new convocation because the candidate of SDS Pantelija Curguz after the secret ballots didn't get necessary 30 delegates votes out of total 59 delegates from municipal assembly.

AMSTERDAM - The recently disclosed Croatian and Moslem crimes performed against Serbian civilians during the civil war in B&H more significantly "upset" and raised tensions in Zagreb than in Sarajevo, is the common assessment of Dutch media .

AMSTERDAM - After two years of persistent work on reconciliation of conflicted parties in B&H, the idea of unitary and multinational state mostly endangered is in Federation of B&H /FB&H/, is assessed in the report of the Helsinki Board for Human Rights issued on the occasion of the current situation in the region.

MOSCOW - The economic relations between Russia and China are in such problems that they can not be solved "even with the horse jump", but the political relations are good and additionally improved by the latest talks - is assessed in "Nezavisimaya Gazeta".

BANJA LUKA - The vice-president of the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ for the relations with abroad states and copresiding of the Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Aleksa Buha stated that SDS will on the early elections on November 22 and 23, win the majority of mandates and by that confirm the results of last years elections. In the exclusive preelectoral interview for SRNA, Buha stressed that SDS will "persist on independence of RS through the Dayton Agreement", and expressed the expectations that the Party "will repeat the electoral results which it had on the last years elections for the National Assembly".

SARAJEVO - The Republican Electoral Commission /REC/ is informing all political parties and independent candidates who wish that their representatives participate in the work of the Voting Boards at the next parliamentary elections to forward the names and data about these persons to the nearest office of OSCE, because of obtaining approval for being present.

BIJELJINA - The ministry of the Internal Affairs /MUP/ of

RS "most sharply condemned" the incident in the premises of the Serbian National Union in Banja Luka, where "unknown persons have thrown in the tear-gas, and afterwards leaved the spot while shooting from the fire arms". In the public announcement, issued from the Cabinet of ministry for Internal Affairs of RS Slavko Paleksic, is stressed that everything will be done to clarify this "vandalism and to arrest the culprits".

BIJELJINA - The Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ most sharply condemned the loathsome terroristic attack done in the premises of the Serbian People's Union in Banja Luka - is said in the public announcement of the Municipal Board of SDS in this city.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Serbian Patriotic Party /SPAS/ of RS Slavko Zupljanin stressed in Banja Luka that the premature parliamentary elections in RS are "the most crucial issue of our state since the beginning of the civil war until today".

RIBNIK - SDS is the only real power of Serbian people in RS, which have lead Serbs from the beginning to fight for its survival, and than must not be forgotten ever, stated at the last night's session of SDS Ribnik the president of the municipal board of this party Mirko Resic.

BRCKO - By the debate about the proposals of the Commission for elections and appointments in Brcko is continued the constitutional session of the municipal parliament, interrupted on Friday, November 7.

BRATUNAC - The representatives of SDS, Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ and Socialistic Party /SP/ of RS signed last night in Bratunac the agreement on partnership, by which they confirm the absolute majority of votes in new Municipal Assembly of Bratunac.

PRIJEDOR - The delegates of municipal assembly of Prijedor interrupted the second part of the constitutional session of Prijedor municipality and the continuation is announced for November 29.

ROME - The former world's scheme which presented Serbs as bad, Croats as tough, and Moslems as good - do not function no more, because, probably, became clear to everyone that Moslems had presented themselves as victims, even in cases when they terrorised and slaughtered Serbs and Croats, claims the journalist of the Rome daily "Liberazione" Fabricio Cosari.

PODGORICA - Unofficial announcements that in Podgorica the president of RS Biljana Plavsic will meet with the president of the Assembly and Government of Montenegro Svetozar Marovic and Milo Djukanovic denied for SRNA reporter the chiefs of cabinets of two presidents.

TORINO - The forcible forming of the so called. "Bosniak's language", on the initiative and in the cooperation with Alija Izetbegovic, represent the culmination of wrong acts and stupidity in Federation B&H, stated for "Manifesto" the Catholic priest from Sarajevo Marko Orsolic.
