This President Krajisnik's statement is an answer to two drafts of the Croatian President Franjo Tudjman - the first, about special relations and, the second about establishing the Inter-state Council for cooperation between Republic Croatia and FB&H. "I am not sharing an opinion that these kind of agreement could shatter B&H, on a contrary, we have a fact that B&H cannot survive without parallel connections with Yugoslavia and Croatia" - said Krajisnik. SARAJEVO - The President in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik and the B&H Minister of Foreign Relations Deputy Dragan Bozanic failed to agree with the Special UN Envoy Kai Eide about joint registration plates in RS and FB&H. "Our stances about joint registration plates for vehicles are totally different" - stated Bozanic after the meeting in Pale. SARAJEVO - In the letter forwarded to the High Representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp, the Vice-President of RS Government Velibor Ostojic expressed deep discontent because of the way on which International community conducts the Dayton peace process. "If contemporary trend resumes, we are confident that, maybe, there will be no peace process for conducting. That certainly is not the outcome which International community wishes" - it is emphasised in the letter. BIJELJINA - By the seizing of the Special Police Fifth Unit Object in Doboj the SFOR exceeded his authorities and stepped out of the Dayton Agreement - considers the RS Minister of Internal Affairs Slavko Paleksic. LJUBINJE - The Head of the Serbian Radio Television (SRT) Miroslav Toholj stated that the future of this informative house depends from the results of forthcoming parliamentary elections. In the statement for Radio-Ljubinje Toholj emphasised that the Serbian people experienced SRT as his voice and expressed hope that this media after the elections will again have a chance to represent Serbian people interests. BELGRADE - The OSCE representative in Belgrade Zivota de Luka stated that for parliamentary elections in RS in Yugoslavia (FRY) will be opened 79 pooling stations.
