BIJELJINA - The President of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Presidency Aleksa Buha warned at the rally "For Republika Srpska" (RS) in Bijeljina that one part of the state sovereignty is in jeopardy and called the RS people to halt further division and disassembling of RS. At the same rally the President in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik said "our opponents are engaged on endangering of RS, but we will not let them to do that because of ours sons which died for this country."

BELGRADE - From the legal point of view as well as political one, the early parliamentary elections in RS were imposed to the Serbian people, SDS and to the Republic - stated the President of RS National Assembly Dragan Kalinic in Belgrade and added that "there is no democratic elections without possibility for all theirs participants to represent theirs opinion to the people."

SARAJEVO - The Adviser of the President in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) from Republika Srpska (RS), Jovan Zametica denied charges of the Head of the Centre of Public Security in Banjaluka Predrag Ceranic, that he had removed millions of dollars from RS and deposited them to the banks in Rome, Cayman Islands and Vanuatu Islands near Fiji. Zametica assessed Ceranic's charges as ridiculous and unworthy of comment and warned that "deliberately placed charges, of this kind, by one of the most outstanding police officer loyal to RS President Plavsic are not just a chance, specially in time of pre-election campaign".

ZVORNIK - The President of the Municipal Parliament executive board of Zvornik Mirko Rebic stated that Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) municipal board considers a demand of the Coalition for whole and democratic B&H for 40% of participation in municipal legislative and executive authority as unacceptable. "SDS has 20 seats in parliament, at the other side the Coalition which is assembled of four parties has 28. We offered one place in executive board and more other places in different municipal commissions to Muslim but the compromise was unreachable" - said Rebic.

BIJELJINA - The RS Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) announced that one of three detainees, Rade Danilovic, which were apprehended because of diversion on the Serbian Radio Television (SRT) transmitter stated that the agreement for this action was reached in the Democratic Party (DS) offices in Bijeljina. The MUP public announcement said that Danilovic stated precisely that the DS President Ljubisa Savic - Mauzer told him and to others participants that "you should destroy the SRT transmitter at the top of the skyscraper in Bijeljina and your connection is Veljko Lajic. "

BIJELJINA - The RS MUP denied Head of the illegal Centre of State Security based in Banjaluka Predrag Ceranic allegations to "Daily Telegraph" that is Zoran Srdic which shoot on famous boxer Anton Josipovic, member of the Centre of State Security, allegedly, loyal to Pale. "Srdic is not a member of the MUP State Security and he is not connected with MUP in Bijeljina" - said the MUP announcement.

BELGRADE - The Annual Assembly of the SDS for Serbia (FRY) was held today in Belgrade. The newly-elected President is Dragoljub Kojicic and the Assembly had adopted Statute and the Programme principles.

NIS - The Sixth Salon of Urbanism at which will till November 15 participate the urbanists from the RS, Federal Republic Yugoslavia, Former Yugoslavian Republic Macedonia and Bulgaria, had began in Nis. The main theme will be "Rehabilitation of the Serbian Cities Identity" and the urbanists will submit 14 reports from areas of regional identity, morphology etc.
