According to statement from President Krajisnik's Office they discussed about proposition for creating the Commission for Truth and Reconciliation which would be in accordance with the Dayton Agreement.SARAJEVO - The thirteen Session of the RS National Assembly will take place tomorrow on November 6 at mountain Jahorina. Representatives will discuss about local elections results and about arbitration process in Brcko area. SARAJEVO - The Co-Presiding in the Council of Ministers Boro Bosic and the Japanese Ambassador for B&H in Vienna Jushu Takashima signed in the National Museum note about donation of the Japanese Government for reconstruction of the public transport in Sarajevo. "The realisation of this project started in March with 13,5 million DM worth donation of the Japanese Government for purchasing of large and small buses which were specially equipped for handicapped persons" emphasised Takashima and added that Japanese Government with this present exchange of notes adds more 6,7 million DM for the same purpose. BANJALUKA - The RS President Biljana Plavsic accused the representatives of actual authority in RS that they failed to clear through customs imported merchandise which was worth about 20 million DM. Speaking as the President of newly-formed party of Serbian National Union (SNS), at this party press conference, Mrs. Plavsic revealed conclusions of the customs inspection and cited enterprises which did not paid customs obligations on imported merchandise. SARAJEVO - For parliamentary elections in Republika Srpska /RS/ to be fair and democratic it is necessary to enable equal treatment of all parties in electoral campaign - assessed the vice-president of RS Government Velibor Ostojic and warned that just in this parliamentary right Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ was deprived. After the last night's meeting with the political director of OSCE Vladimir Kuznietsov in Pale, Ostojic stated that the representatives of RS and OSCE talked about media and rules and provisions for next parliamentary elections in Republic. BANJA LUKA - The supervisor for Brcko Robert Farrand stated last night that this city will "until the arbitrage decision, and probably and after that, remain in RS if all his decisions were respected." While being guest in the programming "Aktuelno - current issues" of the Banja Luka studio of the Serbian Radio-TV Farrand talked about the current problems connected with Brcko, between other things about the reconstruction of police forces. BRCKO - The Head of the OSCE Mission in B&H Robert Frowick expressed the hope in Brcko last night that the representatives of political parties from RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/, which on local elections won the seats in the municipal parliament of Brcko, reached agreement that the constitutive session of the Municipal Assembly /SO/ would be held on Friday, November 7. BRCKO - In Brcko last night started two-days donors conference, which gathered the Ambassadors and experts for economic issues from 11 European countries, America and Japan and representatives of 10 international financial organisations which are interested for investing in economic reconstruction of Brcko. The participants of the conference, among which were the representatives of USA, Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Norvey and Sweden, held in the late afternoon hours the meeting with the private entrepreneurs from RS and FB&H. SEKOVICI - The director of the Main Office of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Vlado Vrkes assessed that the parliamentary elections in RS "will act stabilising on the whole situation in the country" and mean "the full success for SDS". Vrkes expressed the hope in the statement for SRNA that after the parliamentary would be held the presidential elections, by which in full would be respected the Belgrade's agreement on which is obliged the president of RS Biljana Plavsic too. SEKOVICI - The participants of the tribune, organised last night by SDS in Sekovici, assessed that the success of SDS at the municipal elections would have been greater if OSCE didn't change the electoral rules on the detriment of this party and that didn't happen the conflict in the leadership of RS. BANJA LUKA - The Police Station in Banja Luka /SCJ/ stated that yesterday in Banja Luka cafe "Mustang" unidentified perpetrator with two shots wounded the famous boxer Anton Josipovic. BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic assessed as the terroristic act and condemned the wounding of the Olympic champion, the boxer Anton Josipovic, in Banja Luka after boxers competition Memorial for "Radovan Bisic". According to her, such an act brings the unrest and sows the fear not only in Banja Luka but also in the whole RS with the aim of destabilisation of the common security situation. BANJA LUKA - The president of Boxer Association of RS Nebojsa Radmanovic last night sharply condemned the wounding the famous Olympic champion Anton Josipovic who, as he said, never by anything made any harm to his city and RS. AMSTERDAM -According to the report of "Volkskrant" journalist Burt Rice, the United Nations /UN/ which from year to year trying to establish confidence between Serbs and Croats and to reconciliate these two nations, have openly admitted that is harmonious coexisting of these two nations impossible. Rice, who recently visited Beli Manastir, mentioned, as an example for that claim an attempt to integrate Serbs into Croatian education programme. BELGRADE - The coordinator of the Association of Former Detention Camp Inmates, for relations with the UN Tribunal in Hague, Branka Jovic stated that "after testifying of the Muslim Army generals Jovan Divjak and Arif Pasalic affront UN Tribunal, all claims of the Association about crimes in Celebici detention camp are proved and verified".
