BEOGRAD - The former RSK minister of foreign affairs, Slobodan Jarcevic, stated regarding the second anniversary of the RSK occupation that "all of us have the duty to recover the historic and ethnic Serb territories into the frames of the Serbian state". As regards the exodus of the Serbian people in RSK, Jarcevic reminded that there had been a tendency of emigration from the RSK, supported by some Western countries rapidly issuing visas for RSk citizens. According to some information, about 200, 000 Serbs moved to Canada between 1991 and 1995", stated Jarcevic for SRNA.

BEOGRAD - The Democratic Party of Serbia reminded of the tragical second anniversary of the fall of RSK and "responsibility of Slobodan Milosevic's regime for the perishing of the Serbian people in previous years". "Jajce authorities showed their cooperativeness in dealing with the issue of return of Muslim refugees, and at the moment when phased and agreed returns started to take place, Muslim refugees, as upon a prompt, attempted massive returns to their razed villages", reads a communique, quoted by Croatian Radio-Herzeg- Bosnia.
