BEOGRAD - The president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS) Dragan Kalinic, while thanking the deputies in the Serbian Assmelby - following the adoption of the Declaration on Agreement between RS ad FR Yugoslavia - underlined that this is the first official visit of the RS parliamentarian delegation to the Serbian Assembly. Kalinic told reporters that he was glad for "the national deputies, unanimously in a democratic, and constructive atmosphere, after holding a broad discussion, voted for the Declaration on Adoption of the Agreement on Special Parallel Relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia.

BEOGRAD - The National Assembly of Republic of Serbia adopted the declaration on Agreement on special parallel relations between FRY and RS. Deputies agreed that the adopted Declaration gives a full support and affirms importance of the Agreement in the view of national, economic and other interests of the Serb people and fosters trust, cooperation and understanding in the Balkans and Europe. The adoption of the Declaration came subsequent to a sharp and extensive debate in which deputies of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) noted that the Agreement was late four years. The session was attended by representatives of the coalition "Together" and the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS).

BEOGRAD - The DSS vice-president, Mirko Petrovic, expressed his expectations that the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and FRY would not remain a dead letter. Petrovic said that one of the parties signatories of the Agreement imposed embargo on the Drina, "much tougher than that imposed by the international community against Serbia". "The same party was loyal to the same international community, and conceded the Krajina and Western RS to Croatia", added DSS president.

THE HAGUE - A Serb woman, Grozdana Cecez [47], said before the Hague Tribunal that on May 1992 in the Celebici prisoner camp, near Konjic, Hazim Delic raped her. According to AFP Delic is charged for war crimes against the Serbs in the camp.

DOBOJ - The first day of census of Muslim residents, who desired to live in the Doboj community of Hodzici, in RS, went without incidents, reports SRNA's correspondent. According to UNHCR data, the census is to include 70 Muslim families which want to accept RS legislation and become RS citizens.

SARAJEVO - The Federation of B-H Assembly should elect its president and vice-president, but it remains uncertain whether the relevant session would be attended by Croat representatives, reports Muslim media in Sarajevo. In stead of Kresimir Zubak, the former Federal defence minister, Vladimir Soljic, who was replaced under US pressure, was proposed for president by the Croat party.

PRISTINA - A part of the Yugoslav-Albanian border, covered by the Prizren Garrison of the Yugoslav Army, is completely safe, and since the crisis began in Albania, there has been no attempt of illegal border crossing. On the Albanian side of the border, there are no customs workers, police or army.

TIRANA - The EU and OSCE delegation arrived to Tirana to prepare support to the international organisations to cope with the crisis in Albania, reports DPA. The eleven-member delegation, led by Dutch diplomat Jean de Marshan, will meet the Albanian prime minister, Baskim Fin. EU will start with aid deliveries as soon as conditions allow it.
