NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

SARAJEVO - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska /NSRS/ in the continuation of the Fifth session, after the very lively discussion, with 58 votes for and 11 reserved accepted the Information about the solving the status issues of refugees and displaced persons in RS. While talking about this information of the minister for refugees and displaced persons in the RS Government Ljubisa Vladusic reminded that this category of population constitute 32 % of total number of RS population. According to the conclusions after discussion, from March 31 would be stopped the issuing of any other certificates until the definitive solving problems of the families of fallen soldiers and war veterans. The delegates, by majority of votes, and along with the conclusions given by Government adopted the Information about the disposition of refugees and displaced persons in RS in optimal using of resources.

BELGRADE - The president of NSRS Dragan Kalinic will lead the state delegation at the session of the Assembly of Serbia, at which the delegates of the Serbian Parliament would adopt the Declaration pertaining the Agreement on special parallel connections between RS and FR Yugoslavia /SRJ/.

KOTOR VAROS - In the border areas of the municipality Kotor Varos from last night until the early morning hours the signals of the Serbian Radio- Television and Orthodox Radio "St. John" were blocked by the Moslem system for disturbing which centre was on the mountain Vlasic. In the frequencies of the Serbian radio stations was put in the signal of the Moslem radio, while on the frequencies of the Serbian Television was put in the emission of combined regular and satellite programming of the Moslem television.

NOVI SAD - The Vojvodina is the unalienable part of the sovereign Republic of Serbia and nobody dare not trade and broker its sovereignty - stated for the Radio Sid Vojislav Seselj, the leader of SRS, after the visiting the Srem district. He said that it is for condemnation the efforts of some political parties and coalition in Vojvodina for so called widest autonomy, seen by the leader of the Serbian radicals as the preparation for secession.

BELGRADE - The Congregational National Party warned that there exist the real and stressed tendency that the crisis in Albania could be transferred on the territory of Serbia, on Kosovo and Metohija, and into BRJM, so the so called Albanian question would be finally solved. This party deems that the authorities in Serbia, pays inappropriately small significance to the events in the neighbouring Albania because of more reasons, and one of them is the mere cause for the national rebellion in Albania, because the Serbian people was looted already by the collapse of banks. "It must be given the highest significance to the rebellion in Albania and by all means prevent new war option at the South of the former Yugoslavia, where just Serbia and Montenegro are in the centre of the crisis" - is stated in the announcement.

APELDORN - The chiefs of diplomacy of EU states agreed in the Dutch city Apeldorn to send a military unit in Albania for the protection of the foreign counsellors - negotiators, which will not military interfere in the civil war there - reports the DPA. On Monday in Tirana will go the EU delegation of high rank to see whether is the assistance of the West necessary for establishing the public order in Albania.

ATHENS - The Greece Government finally accepted the idea to require the urgent sending of the international police forces of EU to Albania, which priority task would be the establishing order in the chaos which, according to the assessment of Greece and world media reminds on Vietnam.

PARIS - The French minister of the Foreign Affairs Herve de Charettes disclosed in the Parisian "Journal du Dimanche" the European plan on assistance for Albania, which comprise the humanitarian aid , military and police activities at the renewal of functioning the state. He thinks that the reason for the chaos in Albania is the economical crash. De Charettes greeted the forming the Government of the national accord, because the Europeans must have in front of them the grouped Albanians.

HAMBURG - NATO and responsible politicians in West wouldn't have accepted the appeals for help of the Albanian president Sally Berisha - highlighted the "Frankfurter Rundshau" warning that in case of the international military intervention the current chaotic state would turn into the war resistance. This is not related to the use of the military planes used for evacuation, however, the German news stressed that these actions would be used for training the special commandos under the real combat conditions, to what the German parliament have to oppose, when it is not already done by the Defence minister Valker Ruehe.
