Vlado Vrkes, the SDS Presidency secretary, stated after today's meeting between parliamentary parties in Pale that a procedure was agreed to with representatives of the opposition parties for the up-coming constituting session of the Serb Parliament. "We offered the opposition parties participation in the Assembly, consistent with their success at the elections."SARAJEVO - The RS minister of interior, Dragan Kijac, and RS minister for refugees and displaced persons, Ljubisa Vladusic, were informed of the Procedure for return and reconstruction in the zone of separation, while attending a meeting in Sarajevo, chaired over by deputy high representative Michael Stainer. "The procedure for return and reconstruction in the zone of separation, according to this document, takes effect right now. The Dayton B-H Presidency, as well as RS and B-H Federation Governments will be informed of the Procedure, and will be requested to secure its straight implementation", says the Document. SARAJEVO - The vice-president of the RS Government, Velibor Ostojic and RS minister of information, Dragan Bozanic, received in Pale a delegation of the Norwegian Association for Defence and Peace, led by Hamler Sundeo, and informed them of the RS positions regarding the establishing of the joint bodies in the Dayton B-H. Ostojic expressed his belief that the visit of "this Association means the opening of a process of cooperation between RS and friendly Norwege". BANJALUKA - The RS president Biljana Plavsic, will meet OSCE chief of Mission in the Dayton B-H and the PEC president Robert Frowick, tomorrow in Banjaluka. Their discussion will concern the holding of the local elections in RS and the Federation of B-H. SARAJEVO - A representative of the Alliance for Peace and Progress for RS, Zivko Radisic, believes that "it is crucial to establish an endurable peace in the region, in order to make all of us think of better life and brighter future". Following today's meeting of the parliamentarian political parties of RS, held in Pale, he stressed that" it is not disputable that making agreements will be a difficult process, but the will itself is a significant basis". PALE - The high representative of the international community for civil affairs, Carl Bildt, stated in the Serb TV broadcast that the reintegration was the main prerequisite for peace and economic development in the Dayton B-H. Bildt stressed the necessity of the razing "the Berlin and all other walls in these areas", adding that "the cooperation between the two entities is the only right way towards a lasting peace". BRUSSELS - The first round of negotiations on the economic succession to the former Yugoslavia was closed today in Brussels with an agreement that the discussion would be continued by mid next month.
