SRBINJE - The elections must verify that gained in war, "they are 'to be or not to be' for Srbinje and Republika Srpska", stated the president of the National Assmelby of Republika Srpska (RS), Momcilo Krajisnik, at the rally organised as a part of the preelection campaign of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) in Srbinje. The SDS candidate for deputy of the National Assmelby of RS, Vojislav Maksimovic, stressed that "our goal is the Ortho doxybased unification of the entire Serbian people".

BILECA - We have to do all to realise the unity in the Serbian people, and to maintain the RS as a wholeness, and not to experience the fate of the Serbs from the Republic of the Srpska Krajina, stated the president of the RS National Assembly, Momci lo Krajisnik, at the SDS meeting in Bileca. He concluded that the most important objective is to maintain our state and to turn to economic recovery". "Voting for the SDS is the continuation of the buildingup of the state, which founds are laid deep in the hearth of every Serb, assessed the SDS candidate for the vice president of RS Dragoljub Micanovic.

UGLJEVIK - A great powers are resolved to further humiliate the Serbian people, to threat them and blackmail them, for only one purpose, to incorporate them into the Union of B-H, in face of which we must stand still and save our Republic", stated the president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), Vojislav Seselj. At a meeting in Ugljevik, he spoke of a need for the creation of a Serbian national state W of the Drina, of fight against criminal and bribe, of the saving of results of fouryear war, and of the "creation of a strong, patriotically opted, Serb army".

JANJA - The SRS president Vojislav Seselj, assessed at a rally in Janja that all the Serbs should come to the elections on September 14 in RS, "for it is the only safe place for voting". He called upon all refugees, who went abroad during the war, to come to RS and vote personally. The SRS vicepreset Nikola Popla- sen pointed out at a need for a "wise and brave reasoning both prior to and after the elections."

BONN - The German minister of interior, Manfred Kanter, is decisive to start the process of return of refugees from the former Yugoslav republic of B-H, by October 1. In his statement for radio Deuthschlandfung, he explained that "there are over 320.000 refugees presently living in Germany", and that his rationale is that the conditions for their return would be met by the date previously determined". Kanter estimated that all refu gees will not agree to return, so "method of forcing will be used".

ZAGREB - The voting by mail for refugees from the former Bosnia and Herzegovina will be partially repeated due to mistakes in the distribution o ballots, say Zagreb sources. The Croats from the village of Ravno, in the Muslim_Croat Federation, num bering 963, could not vote for they received ballots for the RS.

GORNJI VAKUF - The OSCE repealed the falsified registration of the Croats for September 14 elections, says an announcement of the Organisation. "About hundred voters, with their addresses in Grude and Siroki Brijeg, registered themselves for voting in Gornji Vakuf", says the announcement, and adds that following an investigation, it was impossible to determine whether those indi viduals lived in mentioned places before the war.

MOSTAR - During the last 15 days, three persons - nonCroats - were expelled from the western part of Mostar, and the Corat police is doing nothing to prevent further expulsions, stated UNHCR spokesman Chris Janowski for Muslim Radio.
