"After September 14 elections, the RS is verified. All those denying our statehood will have to take this bitter pill", stated Biljana Plavsic, She called upon all Serbs to vote for the SDS for, "it is the only political party to maintain the achieved in war - RS". BANJALUKA - The RS minister of foreign affairs and acting president of the SDS, Aleksa Buha, stated in Banjaluka that the ruling party will do its uttermost so as to hold September elec tions in a fair and democratic atmosphere. At a press conference in Banjaluka, Buha pointed out at the determination of the SDS to implement the Dayton agreement completely, as well as to reform the structures of RS authority consistently to the will of its citizens. SARAJEVO - The special envoy of the UN generalsecretary Igbal Riza came to terms with the RS prime mistier Gojko Klickov ic that the selforganising of the people in Zvornik and blocking of the ITPF and international observes were due to entry of armed Muslim men into the village of Mahala, in the Serb municipality of Kalesija. "The remarks that Mr. Riza stated concern only the events in Zvornik, where the local populace was forced to orga nised itself. What was very fair is that Riza connected this with the incidents in Mahala", stated prime minister Klickovic in Pale, following his talks with the UN envoy. BANJALUKA - While passing his comment on the incident in the community of Mahala, near Zvornik, the RS foreign minister, Aleksa Buha, emphasised that following a meeting between the RS acting president Biljana Plavsic and the commander of IFOR ground forces, general Michael Walker, the full stop was put on the event. "A group of armed Muslims entered the RS territory, with out prior announcement and agreement with our authorities, and were disarmed by RS Police, in accordance to our binding regula tions and security measures", minister Buha briefly described the event. BEOGRAD - The RS foreign minister and acting president of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), Aleksa Buha, stated that the international elements realised that the Dayton agreement in fact offers solutions contrary to their intentions, which is the reason for their imposition of new concepts, outside the singed documents", stated Aleksa Buha in his interview for the weekly "Javnost". He said that "there is no word 'reintegration' in the letter and spirit of the Dayton agreement. The agreed to and signed, and at last paid in our boys' blood, cannot be changed". ZVORNIK - The chief of the Zvornik Security Public Service, Dragomir Vasic stated that no agreement was reached at a meeting with IFOR representatives on the future place of the IFOR's checkpoint, which was two days ago relocated from the village of Mahale to Caparde, and which should be set up at its previous place. According to him, the previous agreement between the RS minister of interior Dragan Kijac and the IFOR ground forces commander general Michael Walker was not respected, so the IFOR Second Brigade commander colonel John Batista informed him that the check point remains in Mahala. ZVORNIK - IFOR officers in charge conceded that he Muslims provoked the incident in Zvornik, for the sake of their political goals. The IFOR U.S. Second Armoured Brigade, colonel John Batis ta confirmed he accused Muslim officials from Kalesija, the Tuzla Canton and the 28ht, Muslim Division officer, Semso Muminovic of hte incident in Mahala. HAMBURG - The Serbs, living and working in Germany, demand that RS authorities implement the municipal elections in RS, despite OSCE decision to postpone them, this is the result of a phone poll conducted SRNA's Office in Hamburg. LONDON - An OSCE official in London stated that this organi sation has no illusions whatsoever about the partiality of the embassy of Izetbegovic's government in Great Britain regarding the organisation of the upcoming elections. "If OSCE charges Izetbegovic's embassy in London for distributing ballots to refu gees in Great Britain, we are sure that hte ballots would go only to Muslim refugees", assessed the OSCE representative. ROME - Voting of refuges from the former B-h, who live in Italy, will be carried out with many difficulties for there is no accurate evidence of number of refugees in this country and of their nationality. According to documents of hte Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs, 27,000 refugees from the former Yugoslavia were registered in Italy by 1994, but the number of refugees from the former B-H is not determined. TREBINJE - At a meeting of the Party of Serbian Unity (SSJ) in Trebinje, the unity of the Serbian people at the forthcoming elections and voting for Serb national parties were said to be guarantees of the protection of the Serbian national corps and RS. "We are committed for the unity among the Serbs, for it is an eternal Serb dream.
