"Feast of Virgin Mary" 15th of August EMBORIOS The feast takes place at Arginonda.

"Halloween" Last Sunday of Halloween HORIO A traditional feast with local dances takes place at the yard of the Monastery of Panagia Keharitomeni.

"Celebration of Love" Just after Easter KALYMNOS This event used to take place when the ships set sail to collect sponges. Nowadays, there is a recreation of the traditional start of the sponge-fishery season and at the island’s central square, one can taste “mououri”, a lamp with rice and spice.

"Feast of Agios Pandeleimon" 26th of July KALYMNOS The feast takes place the night before the celebration of the Saint. All the locals and the tourists participate in it.

"Feast of Virgin Mary" 15th of August VATHIS The feast takes place north of Vathi, at Panagia Kira Psili.
