KABUL - Foreign Ministry Coordinator for Afghanistan Ahmet Rifat Okcun
said on Sunday that successful activities of Turkish businessmen in
Afghanistan provided Turkey to be included in the list of countries
which would take part in reconstruction activities for Iraq.
[03] BOAT CARRYING NEARLY 60 FOREIGNERS SANK OFF MARMARIS
IZMIR/MARMARIS - The boat carrying nearly 60 foreigners sank off
Kadirgaburnu of Marmaris town of western Mugla province on Saturday
night.

TERRORISTS AND HAVING CONTACT WITH THEM ARE NOT TRUE''
ANKARA - National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul said on Saturday that
the claims saying that ''Turkey would forgive terrorists and would have
direct contact with them'' were not true, noting that there was no such
pressure on Turkey.
