    ANKARA - Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt said on Monday that Turkey should assess the views of EU Commission in 2003 Progress Report as a road map.

    LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Rauf Denktas said on Monday that two separate states were formed in Cyprus with the division of two old partners and a formula could not be found to unite them, adding that constituting a single Cyprus formed by two states was the only valid formula.
