    ANKARA - Energy and Natural Resources Minister Zeki Cakan said on Friday, ''Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline Company BTC Co. has granted Pipeline Transportation Corp (BOTAS) the notice to proceed for the land acquisition and construction phase of the Turkish section of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline.''

    ANKARA - Export revenues increased by 977 percent in last 21 years. State Planning Organization (DSP) officials told the A.A correspondent on Friday that export income which was 2 billion 910 million U.S. dollars in 1980, increased 977 percent to 31 billion 340 million U.S. dollars in 2001.
