[01] POLICE CATCH 41 FOREIGNERS TRAVELLING ILLEGALLY IN TURKEY
IZMIT - Smuggling and organized crime teams caught a total of 41
foreigners who illegally entered Turkey and three Turks who were
guiding them in return of money in Izmit on Sunday.

ANKARA - Democratic Left Party (DSP) deputy group leader Aydın Tumen said on Sunday that Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader, State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Devlet Bahceli and his party attempts to accuse other political parties and to manipulate the issue of terrorism for the coming elections.

BURSA - Fruit and vegetable products exports of northwestern Bursa
province decreased by 7.6 percent to 55.4 million U.S. dollars in the
period between Jan-July.

TEKIRDAG - Turkish Alcoholic Drinks and Tobacco Monopoly (TEKEL)
Alcoholic Drinks Factory Director Kadir Albayrak has said that in the
first seven months of this year, they exported 2.5 million liters of
wine and raki to various countries in Europe.

ANKARA - ANKARA (A.A) - Turkey's boron reserves are enough to last
between 250-500 years, Dr. Ersan Kalafatoglu Scientific and Technical
Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) Marmara Research Center Equipment
and Chemistry Technologies Reseach Institute Deputy said.
