After the approval of the EU Commission's decision, the earlier payments taken from Turkey as a measure will be returned to Turkey.

Bahadır Kaleagası, the Representative of Turkish Association of Industrialists and Businessmen in Brussels said ''this is a positive development, we hope that initiatives concerning anti-dumping will be launched within the spirit of the Customs Union from now on. The problem doesn't only consist of implementation of anti-dumping duties, but creating the doubt or expectation in the markets that such duties can be applied to Turkish-made products.
