Summary

Dish Network is NOW HIRING Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our brand new, state of the art International Customer Care Center in Flushing - College Point, NY! You must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Armenian, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will answer inbound sales and customer service calls relating to entertainment services and products, hardware systems/accessories, and customer service inquiries regarding technical support, billing, and general information requests

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide quality customer service through one-call resolution and establishing long-term customer relations.

* Accurately respond to questions regarding billing and payments.

* Sell multiple entertainment products and services as well as hardware systems and accessories.

* Assist customers with technical questions regarding installation, trouble shooting, and hardware operation.

* Assist customer billing by accepting payments via credit card.

* Assist Operations Department to determine call types to provide a higher level of customer service

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Skills and Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Armenian, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese
