WinMob Technologies LTD is a start-up company involved in the development and provision of Internet services with the main business aim to become a leading Internet service provider for Cyprus and Europe. We are currently seeking to recruit dynamic individuals to fill the following posts at our office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Chief Executive Officer

Objectives:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for the company's management and business development Provide strategic vision and leadership for the organization Communicate the role and function of the company to external stakeholders Responsible for financial control and internal operating procedures Translate policy directives of the Board into concrete plans

Requirements:

University degree in IT/Business Management/Economics or related field Five or more years experience in the Technology industry at senior management level including financial management experience or knowledge A lateral thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Highly motivated individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiating skills Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams

IT Services Manager

Objectives:

Lead a software development team responsible for implementing internet services Identify best IT solutions, monitor and supervise implementation Excellent knowledge of companys services

Requirements:

University degree in a computer/engineering related field Three or more years experience in managing a team of people Working experience in system analysis/design of internet/eBusiness solutions will be considered as an advantage Good knowledge of both Greek and English Dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong leadership ability

Data Manager

Objectives:

Responsible for managing a data collection team Help in the marketing of internet services

Requirements:

University degree preferable in business administration or marketing One or more years experience in a marketing or similar position Computer literate (MS office) Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages (verbal and written) Ability to coordinate the activities of a team, follow deadlines and monitor progress.
