Position of Research Associate

Within the Researchers’ Return Grants Scheme of the Greek Secretariat for Research and Technology, a Research Associate position has become available at the Institute of Nuclear Technology and Radiological Protection of the Greek National Research Centre “Demokritos” in Athens.

Funding, initially for 3 years with the possibility of extension, is available for joining a research project on the dispersion of car pollutants in large cities. The position is ideal for either a science or engineering graduate with a grasp of flow mechanics (experimental or computational) to aim towards a PhD., or a young postdoctoral wishing to specialise in this exciting area of environmental technology.
