SALES DIRECTOR

ACM WOOD CHEMICALS an International Chemical Corporation with facilities in Belgium, Canada, Germany and Greece has an immediate opening for a Sales Director based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The right candidate should be 40 - 45 years of age, hold a degree in Chemistry, Wood Science Technology or Engineering, fluent in English, willing to travel world-wide up to 70 % of the time and has at least 10 years of commercial experience. Knowledge of wood-based panels sector as well as other languages is an asset.

Responsibilities will include :

• Developing regional sales and service strategies of licences and turnkey plants world-wide.
• Directing technical product sales and services to existing and new market sectors in line with existing operations.
• Managing and controlling sales budgets and costs
• Managing and directing technical sales staff ; accountability of staff's performance.
• Co-ordinating and negotiating sub-sales agent agreements.
• Overseeing training and support.
