Commemoration of the 185th Anniversary of Greek Independence
House Chamber, State House

Hosted by H.E. Governor William F. Weld and the State legislators of Greek descent.
The Evzones of the Presidential Guard will be present.

1:30 p.m.
Reception at the Consulate General of Greece.
Hosted by the Consul General Mr. Ioannis Economides.
Open to the entire community.

Saturday, March 23 7:00 p.m.
Reception of the Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of New England,
57 Restaurant.

The Evzones will be present.

Sunday, March 24 10:00 a.m.
Doxology at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England
His Grace Bishop Methodios officating.

Sunday, March 24 1:00 p.m.
The second Parade in Boston to commemorate Greek Independence.
Organized by the Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of New England.
The Parade will start at Prudential Center, Copley Place, go down Boylston Street and finish at the Boston Common, where concluding festivities will be held. EVERYBODY IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!
