Join us Friday evening for a Cretan Party Cruise around Beautiful Manhattan Bay. This year's Dance Workshops will be led by the Likion ton Ellenidon - The Lyceum Dance grooup, Winners of many first place honors throughout Europe. It is the oldest and largest dance group in Greece. They have toured extensivley throughout the world and will lead workshops on Saturday and Sunday for all levels of dancers from the beginners to the experienced ones. Dance at Saturday night's Glendi and Sunday night's Panegyri to the music of some of Greece's finest traditional musicians including Gaida, Laouto, Santouri and Lyra. Experience some of Greece's most beautiful costumes at a Saturday luncheon featuring a live presentation of authentic traditional Greek folk costumes. You'll also enjoy a special folkloric presentation on Saturday night by the Greek American Folklore Society - host of this year's Paneguri. Visit the costume exhibit available for viewing throughout the weekend. Show off your dance groups folk dancing abilities at Sunday evening's Dance presentation.
