On behalf of the Medical Directorate Of Hellenic Air Force's General Staff (HAF/GS/MDIR), we are very glad to announce the "1st Congress for NBC Defence & the Medical and Health Service Care Of NBC Casualties", which will be held in Athens on 26th and 27th November 98.

The Congress will take place for the first time and will be conducted under the supervision of HAF/GS/MDIR. Its particularity, consisting in the special characteristics of NBC warfare and the NBC defense and medical defense procedures, will be almost a novelty for the Greek Medical Community. Therefore the broader participation and assistance of Yours, the better success and fulfillment of our task to extend and accelerate education and training of the NBC Defense and NBC Medical Defense Systems of HAF and Hellenic Armed Forces in general.

The scientific program of the Congress will include proposals, free speeches, seminars and poster session. Greek and foreign officers and scientists will be invited as keynote speakers, prolocutors and spokesmen.

During the Congress we have also arranged an exhibition of relative NBC materials and equipment without exhibition fee.

We shall be much obliged if You could inform us about Your intention to participate anyhow.
