The Centre for the Greek Language, Division of Lexicography, is organizing an International Workshop, titled:

The Lexicography of Ancient, Medieval and Modern Greek Literature: Present State and Prospects of Current Major Projects

The Workshop will be held on Sunday, 9th November 1997 at the aithousa teletwn (ceremony hall), old building, School of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Starting time: 9:00 a.m.

The Workshop will be hosting internationally acknowledged scientists of the field, such as Prof. Adrados (Spain), Prof. Trapp (Germany), Prof. Martin (Holland), Prof. Crane (U.S.A.), Prof. Pantelia (U.S.A.), Ms Thompson (U.K.), Prof. Kriaras (Greece).

At the Workshop all major current lexicographical projects will be presented and possibilities of co-operation across them will be discussed.

You are all welcome to attend.
