Magistrate Nikos Zagorianos, who is investigating the Siemens case, is
due in Munich to get briefed on the latest development with regard to
the extradition of key defendant former senior Siemens Hellas official
Mihalis Christoforakos. The Justice Ministry said that Minister Nikos
Dendias discussed Christoforakos' extradition with Supreme Court
Prosecutor Ioannis Tentes over the phone, and agreed to have
Zagorianos' visit to Germany covered by the Justice Ministry.
