[01] Tsipras to speak at Ancient Civilizations Forum on Monday
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will speak at the Ancient Civilizations
Forum starting in Athens on Monday. The speech is scheduled at 13:00
(local time) at Zappion.
Earlier, Tsipras met with China's and Iran's Foreign Ministers, Wang Yi
and Javad Zarif respectively at Maximos Mansion. According to government
sources, during Tsipras' visit to Beijing in May he will sign an agreement
for a three-year action plan to bring Chinese investments to Greece.
During his meeting with Zarif, the premier discussed bilateral relations
particularly in the fields of energy and economy, EU-Iran relations and
regional developments, particularly in Syria and Joint Comprehensive
Plan of Action for Iran's nuclear program.
