[01] PM Tsipras to participate in informal EU summit in Malta

Tsipras will also have separate meetings with German Chancellor Angela Markel and the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker on the sidelines of the summit.

He will also meet with his British counterpart Theresa May and the French President Francois Hollande.

The informal summit will be divided in two sessions: the morning session that will focus on the migration issue and the afternoon session that will focus on the preparations for the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome.

[02] It is in everyone's interest to close the negotiation as soon as possible, Parliament President Voutsis says

"I think that the next few days, until February 20, the signal will have been given for Greece's participation in the quantititave easing programme (QE)," Voutsis stated.

Asked on the euro issue, he stressed that there was never a dilemma whether Greece will stay in the eurozone. "This was never questioned. Not even under the most difficult conditions when they imposed the capital controls," he noted.

[03] Digital Policy Min Pappas sees no need for further measures

"Whoever argues that further measures should be taken, he has to make a great effort to persuade us as this is not justified either by the agreement or the performance of the Greek economy," he underlined.

Moreover, he estimated that everything will be cleared out on Monday at the IMF meeting.
