[01] Negotiations with institutions on second review to start at the end of the weekGreece's negotiations with the institutions, at technical level, on the review of the second programme will start at the end of the week.The reason for the delay is IMF' representative Delia Velculescu's later arrival in Athens. The date of the beginning of the negotiations which at first will run for ten days is expected to be finalised on Monday, Finance Ministry sources said.
