[01] FM:Turkey's governing and opposition parties pick a fight for
someone else's barn
"It is obvious that the governing and the opposition parties in Turkey
are picking a fight for someone else's barn," the Greek Foreign ministry
said in an announcement on Sunday.
"Some in the neighbour wish to drag Turkey towards behaviours that
run counter to international law and which no way befit a European
country. Revisionist rationales, as is known, have always led down to
negative paths and they have always been defeated.
Lastly, let it be reminded that the only topic of exploratory contacts
was and still is the delimitation of the continental shelf, in line
with what is provided for in international legislation and the rules of
international law," it added.
