[01] Greece to receive 246 mln euros from TV licences; Skai, Kalogritsas,
Antenna, Marinakis the winners
Skai TV, Ioannis Kalogritsas, ANTENNA TV and Alter Ego of Vangelis
Marinakis are the winners of the the TV licences after 66 hours of
bidding.
The total amount the Greek state will receive is 246 million euros.
[02] State Min: TV licenses' tender successful; higher than expected
revenues
The tender for the TV licenses was absolutely successful, State Minister
Nikos Pappas said in statements outside the building of the General
Secretariat of Information and Communication early on Friday.
"I did not expect such a high price," he added.
"The tender was absolutely sacksful and gives Greece the opportunity to
take a step forward to a new television era, where legitimacy is crystal
clear," he underlined.
