[01] Moscovici-Tsakalotos' meeting to focus on debt, surlplus and programme reviewEU Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos, Economy Minister George Stathakis and Alternate Finance Minister George Chouliarakis are expected to meet on Monday with EU Commissioner Pierre Moscovici to discuss the agenda of the negotiation and Greek economic programme.Other issues to be discussed are debt relief, lower primary surplus targets and bad loans settlement. Meanwhile, the Euro Working Group will convene on Tuesday to prepare the Eurogroup meeting on September 9. [02] Real estate tax notifications available onlineUniform Real Estate Tax (ENFIA) notifications for property owners in Greece are available online as of Monday.Real estate owners can visit www.gsis.gr for more information. The tax can be paid in five monthly instalments, with a first payment until September 30 and the last one January 31. Finance ministry sources told AMNA that in the vast majority of this year's ENFIA notifications citizens were paying the same or less tax compared with 2015. The sources said that 65 pct of real estate owners were called to pay the same or less tax, a 24 pct was burdened with a sum between one cent and 10 euros, a 10 pct were called to pay more than 10 euros and only 4.0 pct of them were burdened with a sum of more than 50 euros. Finally, only 0.3 pct of real estate owners were called to pay a sum more than 1,000 euros. [03] Significant increase in migrants and refugees' arrivals on Greek islandsANA/Migrants and refugees' flows to the island of Lesvos posted a considerable increase in the last week.358 people arrived on Lesvos from Monday 22 August while 78 arrivals were recorded on Chios and 7 on Samos. A total of 175 refugees and migrants were rescued in three operations early Monday off the coasts of Mytilene which will be sent to Moria hotspot.
