[01] Debate on bill containing prior actions started in parliament
The debate over the draft law on the third package of prior actions
that the government agreed with the lenders started on Thursday at the
parliament plenum
The protection of the first residence and of the special tax on wine
dominates the deputies' positions, with a arge number of SYRIZA and
ANEL co-governance deputies have expressed their concern, especially
over the second issue.
The debate on the draft law, which is held under urgency procedure,
is expected to be completed on Thursday night.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Thursday asked from SYRIZA MP Gavriil
Sakellaridis to resign
It is noted that in the last hours there were a series of leaks to the
press claiming that Sakellaridis, ex-spokesman in former SYRIZA-ANEL
government, is not willing to attend the voting procedure on the draft
law with the prior actions that is expected to take place on Thursday
night at the Greek parliament.
