[01] New Democracy leader Samaras visits northern Greece
ANA - MPA -- Main opposition leader Antonis Samaras is starting a tour
of northern Greece on Thursday, which will last until Saturday.
On Thursday, the leader of New Democracy is scheduled to speak at a
conference of the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE)
in Halkidiki and later he will visit areas in the prefecture of Serres
which were hit by floods.
On Friday he will meet with representatives of Chambers and the University
community of Thessaloniki. Finally, on Saturday, Samaras will speak at
a pre-conference event in Xanthi, titled: "Local government in the new
economic and social reality."
