[01] Greece's commitments must be respected by any new government,
Juncker says
ANA/MPA---"The commitments that Greece has assumed must be respected
by any new government," the president of the European Commission Jean
Claude Juncker on Thursday said during a joint press conference with
the President of Finland.
Asked whether he was concerned about the political situation in Greece,
Juncker replied: "For obvious reasons, we do not wish to get involved
in the current political debate in Greece. It is up to the Greeks to
decide who will govern them. The only thing we can say and we should
say is that the commitments that Greece has assumed must be respected
by any new government."
