    • [01] Wildfire in Kissamos under partial control

    ANA/MPA---A wildfire that broke out on Saturday in Kissamos on Crete on Sunday was set under partial control.

    According to first estimations the fire has burned 300 hectares of olive trees and brushland and two old and abandoned farmhouses.

    Firemen remain on high alert to prevent rekindling given that strong winds are still blowing in the area.
