[01] Farmers to meet FinMin on Thursday
ANA-MPA/ Farmers at Nikaia junction on the Athens-Thessaloniki national
road in central Greece have called Thessaly citizens to join a working
class protest at 15.00.
Organizers believe that a massive rally will give them the chance to
protest against several issues and not just problems related to their
sector.
According to farmers, the massive participation in the protest will send
a message of determination to the country's central authority.
The rally coincides with the farmers' meeting with Finance minister,
scheduled for 13.00. The meeting will determine farmers' decisions on
further protests.
