[01] PM to confer with gov't partners on Wednesday
AMNA/ Prime Minister and New Democracy (ND) leader Antonis Samaras will
meet with the leaders of the two junior partners in his three-party
coalition government on Wednesday, April 3, at 7:00 p.m., it was
announced on Friday.
The meeting with PASOK leader Evangelos Venizelos and Democratic Left
(DIMAR) leader Fotis Kouvelis will focus on preparation of the government
ahead of the return of the European Commission (EC), European Central
Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) Troika of Greece's
international lenders to Athens late next week and a new round of
inspections.
The prime minister's intention is that all the outstanding matters will
have been found by then, and that solutions will have been found to the
two thorny issues of the mobility programme in the public sector and
the collection of the real estate surtax.
