[01] EWG approves disbursement of €2.8-bln loan tranche
AMNA -- A Euro Working Group meeting on Friday approved the disbursement
of a 2.8 billion euros loan tranche to Greece after the Greek government
fulfilled all preconditions agreed with the troika, the Finance Ministry
said in a statement.
Ministry officials said the approval was a typical procedure after the
Greek Parliament ratified an updated medium-term programme.amna
A technical delegation is due to arrive in Athens next Monday to prepare
the way for the troika of lenders' quarterly review of the Greek programme
starting March 3. The troika's schedule will include meeting with Finance
Minister Yannis Stournaras.amna
