    AMNA--Police raided Sepolia Metro Depot, which was occupied by striking Metro employees, at 3:40 a.m. on Friday, following the government's order to employees to return to work or face legal repercussions.

    Police broke the building's door with a siege ram and removed the roughly 50 strikers inside the builiding. Three employees were taken in for questioning and were later released, and a woman was taken to hospital.amna

    According to a high-ranking police officer, a squad will remain outside the Metro control building at Sepolia to safeguard those employees who will decide to follow government orders and return to work.
