It is now comparable to the biggest parks abroad and is open and safe for all citizens.The park is in no way reminiscent of its past. A total of 1,200 trees have been planted, 50,000 plants, 7,500 bushes and 2,500 rose bushes, while 9,000 square metres of turf and eight stremmas of ground coverage plants have been added. The biggest losses were in Chemicals, down 1.05 percent and Personal and Household Goods, down 0.74 percent The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.47 percent, the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was down 0.29 percent, and the FTSE/ASE-80 small cap index was up 0.43 percent.
