[01] Polls open for 2nd round of local gov't election(ANA-MPA) -- No significant problems were reported at polling precincts around the country, as Sunday, Nov. 14, marks the second round of municipal and regional elections in Greece. Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close at 7 p.m.The only glitches were staffing problems for election committees at certain precincts. Eleven out of 13 regions will be decided in the second round, as well as in 221 out of 325 muinicipalities, with the biggest cities -- Athens, Thessaloniki and Piraeus to be decided. The rate of absention in the first round reached 39 percent.
